Simple to install, you can expect significant performance increases with this kit.
Produces approximately. 2+HP More than stock.
Don't be confused, DUCAR 212 Hemi's (Red Shroud from Dyno Cams or Kart Works Canada) use the same size Camshaft bores, as well as the same flywheel tapper as the 196cc DUCAR, GX200 Honda, Ducar Pro-Point 212, Ducar Power Fist 212.
Stage 1 Performance Kit Includes:
- Race/Open Air Filter & Adapter
- Choke Bracket
- Correct Jet for Application
- Metal Intake gasket with rubber seal.
This is needed for proper choke operation. - Upgraded Valve Springs (18 or 22lb)
- 1.3 Ratio Rockers
- Valve Cover Gasket
*Note: This kit will not fit Hemi Predator engines.
The filter should be sprayed with Klotz Fabric oil, especially in dirt applications. Oil is not included. Click Here for Oil
Pictures are for reference only. See description for actual content. Parts may differ from the pictures depending on which motor and options are selected. When selecting a billet flywheel, the small fan and offset key are not included, nor are they necessary. The head gasket is not included.
We recommend a flywheel rated for racing for any upgrades with the governor removed.
Genuine OEM Honda Flywheels are ok up to approximately 6000 RPM
Stock Clone flywheels are prone to failure and are dangerous!
