This Degree wheel is cut using a CNC Laser on a durable 1/8 thick 2 layered plastic. a mechanical pencil and white eraser can be used to accurately mark your work.
Degree wheel uses a standard hub 1" center hole like most popular degree wheels and is 11 inches in diameter.

The KWC Degree wheel is cut using this "CNC" method to gain optimal accuracy in printing.  Other Degree wheels are silk printed on plastic or metal they are not as accurate they are not all ways printed exactly on center.  If you take a degree wheel you have that is printed  compared to ours using the proper method you will see other degree wheels are .5 - 2.5 degrees off and ours is perfect zero!
